Chance and I began working together early in 2016. We graduated through AMK9 in Alabama and specialized in Vapor Wake explosive detection. We worked the 2016 Cubs World Series, every Chicago Marathon from 2016-2023, Lollapalooza, Chicago Bears games, and much more. Chance is now enjoying retirement and a great partner for my son.

Update 2026: Chance is a retired Vapor Wake Explosive detection K9 with the Illinois State Police (ISP). Chance served 8 years with ISP SWAT. Chance went from working large events like the Cubs World Series, Bears football games, Chicago Marathons and much more to lounging on his dog bed and being spoiled with dog treats.
