In August of 2015 (approximately 10 years) ago K9 Zeke (age 2) joined the City of Miami Police Department where I was given the privilege to be K9 Zeke handler for nearly 11 years. During the initial progression of K9 Zeke, he was a very tamed and shy dog. Soon after he graduated from the City Of Miami Police K9 Unit school which consist of Obedience and criminal apprehension, he was imprinted as a Narcotic detection dog. Over the past years, K9 Zeke displayed high level proficiency during criminal apprehension and narcotic detection. After nearly 10years and 10 months of services, K9 Zeke was retired.
