Odin is an 8 year old Belgian Malinois. Odin was acquired by the Connecticut Department of Corrections from North East K9 in Massachusetts. Odin graduated as part of the 191st Patrol Class with the Connecticut State Police K9 Unit in December of 2017 with his Handler Lieutenant Jason Masis. Odin also completed the Narcotics Detection Training 1 year after graduating patrol class and had multiple successful finds with the Connecticut Department of Corrections. Odin was retired in August of 2022 due to some medical issues but now enjoys retirement with his family in Glastonbury Connecticut.
